Frequently asked questions

How do I sign up for the patient portal?
Ask our front desk for a portal invitation at your next visit, or call our office and we'll email you a secure link to activate your account.
What should I bring to my child's first visit?
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, your child's immunization record (if available), and a list of current medications.
Can I request prescription refills online?
Yes — once your portal account is active, you can request refills directly through the portal and our nurses will process most requests within one business day.
How do I transfer records from another pediatrician?
Call either office and our staff will send a records-release form for you to sign; we'll handle the request with your previous provider.
